A space to feel, connect, and
come home to your womanhood.
April 3rd | 6-8pm MST | $79
We’ve all experienced it.
The less than empowering narratives, beliefs, systems within and around our sexual and reproductive bodies and womanhood. The sexually or reproductively hurtful moments that left us fragmented and disconnected from parts of ourselves. We need spaces to be held, circles that orient us towards the sacredness of our womanhood, healing spaces that allow us to process the narratives we have been taught and the memories and stories we hold in our bodies.
We deserve to compassionately come back home to ourselves and the innate radiance of our sexual bodies, reproductive reservoirs, and womanhood.

Body Compassion is a 2-hour nervous system-led workshop to guide you into a compassionate relationship with the experiences you have had within your body as a woman to enable a path forward of deeper wellness, pleasure, and connection.
You will be given space to feel and process the journey you’ve had within your body as a woman while being led through a compassionate sensory practice through your heart, hips, womb, cervix, and yoni as you.

During this experience, you will:
Discover the relationship between your nervous system and your sexual/reproductive wellness
Learn supportive nervous system tools to enable greater ease and intimacy in your body
Be held in a sacred space to come into a relationship with your body and womanhood
Be led through a Body Compassion sensory practice through the heart, hips, womb, cervix, and yoni
Intimately melt back into your body
Release limiting storylines around your sexual and reproductive body, and womanhood
Release patterns of tension, fear, and disconnection that have been living in your issues
Come into greater congruence with the way you desire to feel within your body
Support your self-relationship to your sexual and reproductive body
